Our Cake Shop began as the wedding kitchen for the hotel's ballroom and has grown into a small public patisserie of its own. The display case turns over each morning at 8 am with that day's pastries — viennoiserie, tarts, and a rotating selection of Indonesian-inspired entremets.
Every special occasion cake in the city has, at some point, come from this kitchen. Bespoke cakes are made to order with seven days’ notice; the daily case is yours by the slice.
