Welcome. A few notes on how we operate — for the comfort and protection of all guests, and for the preservation of the hotel's tradition of quiet hospitality. If anything below is unclear, our concierge is happy to walk you through it.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is from 2 pm. Check-out is 12 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be arranged with our concierge at no charge whenever possible.
Children & pets
Children of all ages are welcomed warmly. Children under 12 stay free of charge when sharing an existing bed with their parents. Cots and rollaway beds are available. We regret that pets cannot be accommodated, with the exception of registered service animals.
Smoking
The Dharmawangsa Jakarta is a non-smoking property. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available in the garden. A cleaning fee applies to rooms where evidence of indoor smoking is found.
Quiet hours
In keeping with the residential nature of the neighbourhood, quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am.
