Jakarta Restaurant is the hotel's signature all-day restaurant — wicker, brass, hand-painted ceilings, and the soft clink of an open kitchen serving Indonesian and Continental favourites from 7 am till late.
Step outside through the lacquered doors and you arrive at The Courtyard, our open-air retreat under the frangipani canopy — a quieter setting for grilled satays, fresh seafood, and unhurried sundowners by the walled pool.
